Mother, wife, and self-declared wedding enthusiast, Cassidy is the visionary heart behind Dusk to Dawn Events. With a talent for logistics and a passion for celebration, she helps couples turn their dream day into a flawlessly executed reality.

Her career in the wedding industry began in 2017 as a banquet manager at a full-service country club—a role that laid the foundation for her deep understanding of event flow, hospitality, and behind-the-scenes magic. Today, she brings that expertise to each couple she works with, building planning and coordination teams that lead with calm confidence and heartfelt care.

​

Cassidy is also the creative force behind Rita’s Roses, Dusk to Dawn’s boutique floral design studio. Whether she’s designing centerpieces or crafting full-scale floral installations, she loves helping couples see their vision bloom—literally.

When she’s not busy curating weddings, you’ll find Cassidy in her element: cooking up something delicious, baking with her son, or at the local bowling alley (with the bumpers up of course).

Fun Fact: Cassidy studied Elementary Education in college—but found her true calling in weddings, where she still gets to guide, teach, and support... just with a bit more sparkle.

Dana is the newest sparkle in our Dusk to Dawn Events constellation, and she’s ready to be your planning bestie. With a background in education and experience coordinating events at the Alamo Drafthouse, Dana knows how to juggle a timeline, soothe nerves, and keep things running smoother than a fresh linen tablecloth.

By day, she’s shaping young minds as a special education teacher in Northern Virginia. By weekend, she’s helping couples bring their dream days to life—with a clipboard in one hand and an Alani Nu in the other.

​

Dana also runs our social media, sprinkling your feed with wedding inspo, helpful tips, and behind-the-scenes peeks at all the love and magic we get to be part of. Whether she’s wrangling flower girls or posting the perfect flat lay, Dana brings heart, humor, and hustle to everything she does.

Accounting Analyst by day, wedding coordinator by night—Brianna brings organization, dedication, and a can-do attitude to every celebration.

Brianna officially joined the Dusk to Dawn Events adventure in 2023. What began as a simple “Hey, I need help for this one event,” quickly turned into a passion for planning and supporting couples behind the scenes. Since then, she’s become an essential part of the team, helping with administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and assisting with floral design for Rita’s Roses.

Outside of weddings, Brianna is a proud mom who can often be found with a trunk full of sports gear, cheering on her kids from one field to the next.

Fun Fact: Cassidy and Brianna have been best friends for over 20 years!

Effortlessly cool under pressure and endlessly resourceful, Heather is the kind of wedding pro you want in your corner when the unexpected happens (and let’s be honest—it always does).

​

With nearly 15 years in the food and beverage industry, including time as a Director of Food & Beverage at a full-service country club, Heather has led hundreds of events with precision and style. She and Cassidy have worked over 150 weddings together and share a seamless rhythm that brings calm and clarity to every celebration.

Now balancing a career in healthcare recruiting with her passion for weddings, Heather brings next-level organization, sharp leadership, and a “get-it-done” attitude to each event she’s part of.

When she's off the clock, you'll find her tubing down a river with a hard seltzer in hand—or fully in vacation mode at a swim-up bar in Playa del Carmen.

Fun Fact: She got engaged in 2023 and is now planning her own big day!
